Shipping & Handling:Aroma Pharmica offers 2 forms of delivery: FedEx and the US Postal Service. The choice for delivery method is offered during checkout. If you need expedited shipping, remember studio processing time of 2 business days still applies. Wholesale customers will experience a longer studio production time depending on the size of the order (typically 5-10 business days.)

Your order will be made fresh upon receipt and will ship from our studio within 2 business days. Shipping time will be determined be the method you choose, typically 1-5 days for delivery.

Return Policy: If you have problems with your products, please feel free to contact customer care at 866.697.4367. We will happily accept your unsatisfactory products within 10 days of your receipt. Upon return, we will gladly issue you a credit for the purchase price of your products. If you products were damaged in shipment, notification must be made within 48 hrs. You must retain all shipping/packing materials so we can file a claim on your behalf. NOTE: A credit back to your card will not be made nor can we refund the original or return shipping fees.

Sales Tax:  Aroma Pharmica is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to South Carolina addresses.
